We’re always cooking something up! Check out our Instagram page to find out what we’re up to, and when our next fundraising event is:
Our events are where culture, community, and purpose collide.
We create immersive experiences that celebrate music and raise funds for students in Yucatán. Whether it’s a DJ night, an art pop-up, or a creative workshop — every beat, every gathering, brings us closer to accessible education for all.
At each of our events, we have limited edition merch for sale – each item will cover a specific program for children in Mexico.
One hand-printed, limited edition t-shirt = one month of tuition for a child in Mexico? Sounds like a no-brainer to us.
Come to our next event to grab merch – make sure you get yours before we sell out!

Get ready to move your feet and fill your heart! K’aayil is transforming Cuchillo’s intimate basement lounge into a vibrant celebration of Reggaetón, Latin house, perreo & techno—where every beat supports a beautiful cause.
This is more than just a party—it’s a sweaty, soulful, bass-filled night where music meets mission. We’re bringing together an unmissable Latin-rooted lineup to light up the dance floor:
🎧 ELE OZ
🎧 DJ PITAYA
🎧 MIGUEL CVBRA
🎧 VALENTINA
Our goal? To spotlight Latin artists while raising funds for students in Mexico who need it most. 100% of proceeds from this event go directly to supporting children’s education in Yucatán, Mexico.
✨ Bonus: exclusive, handprinted merch—only 10 available, only at this event!
Limited spots, so come early, stay late, and dance like it matters (because it does!).

On January 6th, we hosted a celebration with our scholarship recipients, volunteers and mothers to honour Dia de los Reyes Magos, which marks the visit of the three kings to Jesus as a newborn. The gathering was filled with laughter, stories, and delicious sweets as we took the time to reflect on the cultural significance of this day in unity.
This celebration wouldn’t have been possible if it weren’t for the love and dedication of our incredible volunteers. From organizing presents to creating a welcoming space, your support continues to make a difference in our K’aayil community.
